Biography

Theodor-Octavian Andrei (b. 9 October 2004) is a Romanian singer-songwriter and actor. He rose to fame by taking part of the talent show Vocea României Junior in 2017. In 2023, he won Selecția Națională with the song "D.G.T. (Off and On)" and went on to represent Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest.
